Private Tour & Tasting Package

We offer and facilitate private tour and tastings, to groups of ten people or more, on a by reservations basis.
We are a working Winery, and the tour and tasting does take place on the production room floor, so we do require a minimum of ten (10) persons for a tour. Please also keep in mind that we do not offer tours during certain times of the year per production demands. All tours require reservations no less than 7 days before date of tour.

Private Tour & Tasting $20 per person
– Includes tour, complimentary glass, and flight of wine.

Tour Only (21 & over) $10 per person
– Includes tour

Under 21, the tour is free as long as accompanied by anyone over 21 who is attending one.

The tours generally run an hour to an hour and a half, depending on the group’s interactions with the tour host.

Private Tour, Tasting and Lunch

We offer a lunch option with our tour and tasting, which allows for use of our Vintage Room. Sonoita Vineyards does not have a commercial kitchen so we’re unable to offer a luncheon ourselves.
We have two excellent, local caterers who work with us and offer many different meal choices ranging from $13 – $30 per person.
Payment for the lunch would be separate from the payment to the winery for the Tour & Tasting, and the lunch would be coordinated directly between the guest and the caterer of their choice.

Tour & Tasting

  • Booking must be made no later than one (1) week in advance.
  • Must provide booking fee/credit care on file day of booking.
  • Number of people must be provided at time of booking.
  • Final number of people must be provided a week in advance; it is the responsibility of the individual to call with this number.
  • Cancellation is due 24 hours in advance or booking fee is kept.
  • Tours times/dates are subject to the Winery’s own working schedule. All times/dates may not be available during all times of the year.

  • Must provide booking fee/credit card on file on date of booking.
  • Number of people must be provided at time of booking.
  • Final number of people must be given 2 weeks in advance; it is the responsibility of the individual to call with this number.
  • Cancellation is due 2 days in advance or booking fee is kept.
  • Caterer’s deadlines and cancellation fees will/may apply separately through caterer.
